Shipping policy

 

Thank you for choosing LEO Plaisir for your purchases. We do everything we can to make your experience as pleasant and seamless as possible. Below is our shipping policy, designed to clearly inform you of our practices.


1. Order Processing and Dispatch

Any order placed before 8:00 AM EST will be processed and shipped within a maximum of 2 business days. Orders placed after 8:00 AM EST will be processed the following business day.

If an exceptional delay were to push the shipment of your order beyond ten business days, we will notify you as soon as possible and offer you the option of keeping your order or cancelling it with a full refund.


2. Delivery

Your package will be delivered to the shipping address you provided when placing your order. Delivery will be carried out using the shipping method you selected at the time of purchase.

Address verification: It is important to verify the accuracy of your address before confirming your order. Once the package has been shipped, we will not be able to modify the delivery address. If you notice an error before dispatch, contact us promptly and we will do our best to correct it.

Delivery timeframes: Delivery times depend on the chosen method and destination. Although our delivery partners are generally reliable, occasional delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control (weather conditions, peak periods, customs clearance, etc.).


3. Liability During Transit

LEO Plaisir assumes responsibility for your order until it is delivered. If your package is damaged, lost, or stolen during transit, please contact us as soon as possible. We will work with our delivery partner to find a solution, which may include reshipping the product or issuing a refund.

Important: Once the package has been delivered to the address provided (or left at the collection point designated by the carrier), responsibility for the package is transferred to you.


4. Non-Delivery

If you do not receive your order within the timeframe indicated at the time of purchase, or if no timeframe was specified, within 30 days of placing your order, you have the right to cancel your order and obtain a full refund, in accordance with Quebec's Consumer Protection Act. For European and American customers, similar provisions apply (see the annexes of our return policy).


5. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number so you can follow the progress of your package until delivery.


6. Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are calculated and displayed at checkout, based on the shipping address and the delivery method chosen. The total amount, including shipping fees, is presented to you before you confirm your purchase.

Some products may have additional or higher shipping fees than those displayed or advertised. These will be shown at the time of purchase.


7. International Shipping

Countries we ship to: At this time, LEO Plaisir ships to Canada, the United States, France, and Belgium. We are working to expand our destinations in the future.

Customs fees:

Destination Customs Fees
United States Included in the shipping fees.
France, Belgium, and other countries Not included in the shipping fees. Customs duties and import taxes are your responsibility and will be collected directly by the carrier at the time of delivery. These amounts vary depending on the destination country, and the nature and value of the items ordered.

8. Discreet Packaging

All orders are shipped in discreet packaging, with no mention of the nature of the products or the LEO Plaisir name visible on the outside. Your privacy is important to us.

For orders outside Canada, order details must however be available to customs officers. This information will be displayed discreetly in a sealed envelope on the outside of the package.
