Light: For best results, we recommend letting the candle burn for 10 to 15 minutes, or until the top layer of oil spreads evenly and there is still solid candle oil below.
Extinguish: To extinguish your candle, gently blow out the flame. Do not extinguish with water.
Pour: Once extinguished, check the temperature of the glass container and oil. Pour directly onto the skin and massage.

I love this massage candle. I find most of them leave a weird smell or a residue that's hard to clean up, but not with this one! It's truly just an odorless, smooth massage candle, exactly what you want if you're into that.
